The boards of Designfusion and Mobius Technologies announced today the merger of the two companies under the Designfusion name. The merger further cement's Designfusions position as the largest Siemens PLM dedicated Value Added Reseller in North America. Designfusion and Mobius Technologies will continue to operate out of their existing offices and will be providing support across Canada in both official languages.
"With this acquisition we immediately double the number of customers we have in Quebec which in turn allows us to extend our service offerings. This is part of our ongoing commitment to deliver the highest quality service and support to our customers in both official languages." said Kevin Johnstone President of Designfusion.
Designfusion is now a national VAR covering Canada from its offices in Toronto, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec city It has recently announced plans to open offices in Alberta to ensure strong local presence in the major manufacturing centres.
